Please note that GIA requires a processing time of 2 weeks. To check their exact return dates, please visit: https://www.gia.edu/gem-lab-return-dates. The laboratory will issue a job number within a few hours of receiving the gem in Carlsbad, CA which will be forwarded to you. The job number can be used for tracking purposes if you wish to contact the lab directly. Once the service is completed, laboratory will ship the item(s) along with their issued reports directly to your address by FedEx.
