We are a registered business in Madagascar & United States. Every step of the production requires documentation & necessary licenses which have been obtained from the regulating authorities. Our business is being regulated by the Ministries of Environment, Mines, Commerce, Health & Labor in Madagascar.
We have gone beyond the necessary compliance for securing our business practices and elimination any misconduct as well as initiating social welfare programs as much as we can to strengthen the communities we are benefiting from.
Giving Back To Communities
The president & founder of our company, Dr.M.Mansoor is a Medical Doctor (Chest specialist) with years of medical practice in countries struck by poverty. We have a strong sense of responsibility to give back & improve the conditions of communities in rural Africa. The first step we have taken is a project of multiple free clinics in rural Madagascar which are being expanded as our annual income grows. This is not a charity despite being free for the public, it's just our way of saying thank you to the communities we have benefited from. We strongly believe that Africa doesn't need our charity, they need an influx of regular foreign exchange through sustainable & prosperous ethical businesses to strengthen local economies.
The free clinic program has started in the small village of Andilamena, north of Madagascar, which has been very welcomed by the honorable officials of the municipality & the ministry of health.
Saying NO To Child & Forced Labor
Child labor is unfortunately still a very real phenomena which can only be eradicated through empowering local economies & education. There is zero tolerance policy towards employment of children & forced labor in all our units and any third party business who wishes to work with us.
Our company does not employ any person below the age of eighteen years at the workplace & strongly prohibits the use of child labour and forced or compulsory labour of Adults at all our units. No employee is made to work against his/her will or work as bonded/forced labour, or subject to corporal punishment or coercion of any type related to work.
Conflict Free Sources & AML Compliance
We do not purchase any gemstone from conflict zones, This is against the very principles we have based our business on.
Our company is in compliance of the the US patriot act's anti money laundering clauses as well. Policies are very strict and clear in this regard and regulated by US government agencies.
Equal Pay For Equal Work
Our employee salaries are gender-blind & discrimination is not tolerated. It is meaningless and extremely barbaric in this day & age to see such discrimination against women.
We are also encouraging an equal proportion of men & women in our workforce.
