Our Shipping Procedure Is As Follows

We take pride in offering a very efficient & speedy delivery process, with free worldwide international deliveries taking as little as 4 business days for all loose gemstones. Details of our shipping and handling policies are given below. 

Shipping Carriers

We have secured a discounted contract with FedEx which makes it our default carrier of choice & we don't charge any shipping fees if you choose FedEx Express during checkout.This shipping method delivers within 4 business days & includes a very detailed tracking as well as full insurance. Delivery estimate for this shipping method is given for each item under the shipping tab in product page.   

If you are in a rush, we are also offering FedEx-2nd Day service which is faster and subject to an additional $25 shipping charge. 

Other alternatives to FedEx are DHL, TNT, UPS, USPS & EMS.  The cost of each shipping method is given below:

Customs Regulations

Customers is United States should not worry about customs duty & regulations. Our company takes care of the entire process for shipping addresses within United States.

International Customers should inquire about any customs duty which may be applicable from the customs & border protection of the destination country. Please inform the officer in charge that you wish to import items with the harmonized tariff code of 71039100 (If you are purchasing loose ruby or sapphires). Please contact us if you cannot find the necessary information for your country.

APO / FPO / DPO Addresses

We salute to the men and women of military & look forward to being of their service. All APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted during checkout. Given that FedEx cannot offer services to such addresses, you should choose USPS.

PoBox Addresses

We strongly encourage you not to provide a PoBox address as it is not accepted by FedEx, DHL, UPS & TNT because you cannot sign for it. Unless there is a legitimate reason for shipping to a PoBox, such orders may be refunded and cancelled. If we accept an order to a PoBox address, the only possible shipping methods are EMS & USPS

Handling Time

The handling time for loose gemstones is 1 business day.

The handling time for custom made items varies between 10 to 14 business day. Once the custom made item is shipped, the delivery takes no longer than 4 business days by FedEx or DHL

Tracking & Delivery Estimate

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the carrier's tracking number within one business day of placing an order. You can also find this information and trace your order on the map as it moves on our website by signing in to your account & clicking on the "purchase history". You will see a list of all your purchases with an "order details" button which will show you the latest position and shipment status.
